Glitching?
I downloaded this app after seeing multiple videos on it, and i was extremely excited. I had been wanting to become more routine and organized, and this seemed like the perfect way. After adding only 3 habits it told me i needed to buy an upgrade. I was fine with this so i purchased it. The app told me i was supposed to receive unlimited habits. This was however false. AFTER purchasing this upgrade, i received nothing but the charge. I was still limited to 3 habits. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!

I’ve used this for about a year. I just tried to add a new habit, and it won’t let me because when I click Add Habit, the promotional banner pops up. No matter how many times I click out of the banner screen and try to add a habit again, it does the same thing. This is unusable, so I will have to find another habit app.

Do not trust their lifetime premium offer. I paid for the same 4 years ago and the app is now asking me to buy lifetime premium again. Their customer care is a joke. No response from them.

Sent emails for months with no response. I’ve been using for years and recently exported all the data. The counts are off. So not sure if my totals are correct or the detail downloaded is correct. Either way it doesn’t match

I used this app years ago when it was free and I loved it. I came back around to it recently and found I could only make 3 goals, so I paid for the lifetime membership that it kept prompting me with. After a week, I still have limited access (just 3 goals) and have gotten no response from support. I’ve requested a refund from Apple. A true shame because this app used to be gold!
United States“Upgraded” for nothin
Went to use the app for the first time in a while and it offered me a promo of $19.99 for lifetime premium access. I paid and the app still has not given me access to the features I paid for. I purchased this back on 3/5/2024 and as of today (4/17/2024) I still have not received what I paid for despite contacting customer support and receiving no response. Waste of money!!
United StatesGreat app IF it worked and horrible customer service
I loved the trial version (great aesthetics and easy to use) and paid $20 to upgrade. The update never worked. I tried restoring purchase and emailed customer service multiple times. No response at all! I tried erasing the app and redownloading, which caused me to lose all my prior habit tracking—would have been worth it of the app/upgrade started working, but nope, still won’t work. Done with Done.
