Whoops so far not so good.
1. I tried attaching a photo to a card and the address of the photo would show up in text... 2. I took my macbook pro off of a monitor and the Cardflow program oddly showed the program in a weird resolution forcing me to restart the program. 3. Clicking on a card changes the file where I would need to CTRL S to save changes even though I didn't make any.
JUNK
Greedy stinking developers. Cant even make index cards unless you do a subscription per month. Junk!
Basically Useless. Not Supported Anymore
The zoom features are broken, not enough steps in and out. Other basic editing is dysfunctional as well. The last time this app was updated was two years ago. So basically it’s dead at this point.
Needs Lots of Work
Great idea but the interface needs a lot of streamlining. The default text options for the cards are TINY so unless you're writing multiple paragraphs on one card, you have to re-format for every single card to make the text even remotely legible. This lack of ease permeates through everything. There's no toolbar so every change has to be done through drop-down menus, again and again, without the ability to create presets based on your particular needs. Better off just making cards by hand.

Update to the Update: THEY TOOK MY MONEY ANYWAYS EVEN THOUGH THIS APP IS USELESS. It isn’t worth $2.99, it is buggy & destroys your work. I didn’t use the app after the free trial period, make very sure of that. I looked in my "App Store Purchases” today and behold there is a $2.99 charge for this useless thieving app. THIS APP IS A SCAM. I WANT A REFUND. If there was a way for me to lobby Apple to kick this app out of the App Store I would do so. Update: NOPE. This app ate my homework. I created a whole stack of cue cards for a show I produce, took me hours, I was hoping for a potentially great tool for smooth show-flow. I came back to the app before the show and all the work was GONE. All that was there was a duplicate of the template I’d built. So it saved the original save, but all the other work I did just vanished. This app suffers from many many buggy little details, but the untrustworthiness of any work you try to do on it is 100% dealbreaker. DO NOT GET THIS APP. I just downgraded this app from 2 stars (good concept but pretty bad) to 1 star (you cannot trust it to be anything but awful). If there was a zero stars rating I would give it, thanks for the waste of time. Original Review: I’m gonna put my thoughts on the table and say that the concept of SAAS shouldn’t really apply to every tiny little piece of software out there. This app is worth a few bucks, but I really don’y know if it’s ever gonna be developed enough to warrant $48usd per year just to continue using it. DUDES, it’s a note-taking app, you didn’t build a replacement for photoshop. GIVE US A ONE-TIME PURCHASED VERSION INSTEAD OF THIS C***TEASE OF A DOWNLOAD THAT WON'T EVEN LET YOU CREATE ONE SINGLE SOLITARY ITEM. I’m going to try this app for 7 days for free, and I’m really scared these guys will actually get my money without having deserved it, judging by many of these review comments. But I need a storyboarding app and I’ll see if it’s worth any money at all. If it is, then I’ll keep using it and pressing these guys for a one-time purchase business plan because this clearly aint Adobe Suite
