I love some of the new features however I miss the stickers. I’m a YouTuber and I loved to use the subscribe stickers. If you had the stickers back I would give video leap a solid 5 stars.

I really don’t like how how iCloud doesn’t keep all of my Videoleap data and Videoleap doesn’t always save my previous project parameters correctly.. additionally, I am now having some trouble with it because it locks up a lot and has meagre storage.

For some reason when i’m trying to reverse a clip, it gets stuck on a percentage, and no matter how long i wait or if its on any project, its still stuck here. Is this a bug in the app or is it my device? Anyway can you try to get an explanation for this and try to fix it if possible?

They contacted me and told me to ask for a refund by Apple (because that's where I made the purchase) but it's impossible because as I made the purchase for a while now this application doesn't even appear in the option of eligible for a refund! I am feeling very disrespected, and disgusted because they removed an important functionality from the application and now they are making it difficult to return my money.

This used to be the best app for editing videos on mobile. Now they removed the stickers so I cannot add arrows to my videos. On top of that they now added in app charges for any Getty images or videos. I now have to find new editing software/app as this is unusable without stickers. What a terrible update. I am canceling my subscription.

Shocked, The coolest thing they had was the STICKERS functionality, the users put several funny effects on the videos and it was the only reason for me to buy the application, they simply removed this functionality so I sent an email to the support asking about the Stickers and they ignored it 100%, they did not give any explanation at all, they just told me to ask for a refund to Apple which is impossible because Apple asks for a reason to make a refund and explain this would be very complicated and I am already 100% sure that it will be denied! I paid very expensive for an app that I can no longer use because I edit children's videos so the stickers were the most important part of the videos and I can't get my refund!!! I thought it was disrespectful that they didn't even explain to me the reason for removing this functionality from the app. I will be waiting for answers and I will update my answer to negative or positive if I can solve this nonsense!
