I used this since around 2020, Every month I’ve noticed more filters and effects coming out and something that I also noticed was that slowly everything was becoming progressively needing payment. All the basic filters required payments. There’s only 5 from what I can count now that’s free. Idk it’s a bit disappointing now. This app was good in the beginning and for everyone now it’s not that’s all.

i’ve already had two of my favorite filters removed, and the funny part is they don’t even add any new ones that aren’t behind a paywall as well. eventually all the filters will be behind a paywall. and just cause they ask which filters you’d like free doesn’t mean they’re actually working to make it. it doesn’t make a difference. i used to use this for art and editing, and it keeps getting worse. this isn’t the first time i’ve said this. i hope i come across an app that doesn’t continue to devolve like this one has.

This app used to be my go to for enhancing photos and videos. They do host an amazing range of filters that cater to a wide range of aesthetics and they do enhance your photos. BUT. They are really fooling app users by claiming it’s “free” at this point. I used to use this app for everything social media, from instagram posts of family photos to tiktok videos but now? 99% of the app is behind a paywall. None of the available filters are anything worth downloading the app for and I just don’t utilize it enough to pay $5 a month just to edit things every once in a while. I would like to add since I used it a year or so ago it was exactly the same just without a paywall. So they haven’t added any improvements to justify this price gouge. Very very disappointed.
