New update broke video exports
Just downloaded the new update and now the app refuses to export edited videos. Darkroom shows success even when it’s not even downloaded. It’s suspiciously quick of an export for a 4k video. I paid for the app and really hope this gets fixed soon. Otherwise this is my last year using it.

dolls who bought this? should be grandfathered in. you took something i bought from you away, and now i have to rent it to use it. do i get my purchase money back? of course not. it’s a good app. shame it’s ruined by how they handled this. i am an artist living on a fixed income well below the poverty line so there’s simply now way i can rent apps. for years, i saved then bought. i taught myself how to do iphoneography from scratch—while homeless. i even sold work here and there. i’d never have been able to do that with how things are now.

The app wasn’t helpful for what I needed. I started a free trial but there is no option to cancel it without emailing them. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times, with no reply. Please help.

The app has a lot of trouble with videos, particularly 4K drone footage. The issue tends to be playback that stalls until force quit, unable to save video error, and general playback lag. This is on iPhone 15 Pro.
