Great platform No app support
I had a subscription but never really used it. I thought that an app would make it easier, but I can’t log in on my iPad 7, or a Linux desktop. I thought I was talking to a human on chat the ai is that good, but ai is only as good as the faq page and as usual these days its almost impossible to get real human support. Why don’t they offer free support(what they have now) or upgraded support(annual) for $10.00 or something. No more subscriptions for me. Maybe someday.

I think Mehdi asked very crucial questions aggressively. Yet his tone of asking questions could have been moderate. Mehdi seemed to ask questions and expect direct answers. For politians yes/no answers are difficult and awkward. Rooms for wiggle could make a difference. I am surprised to see the ex PM of Israel appearing in his show. This itself was a feat for Mehdi.

My paid content is hidden away. It doesn’t appear under the paid section or any of the three bottom nav bar buttons. Instead, I have to tap through to my profile pic, then find the paid content and tap there and it opens up the paid stuff. Instead of seeing the newer paid content, I’m seeing older stuff from random people or nothing in the paid tab. Why hide the stuff I’m willing to pay for? I can’t believe anyone who uses substack would think this is good. You have to be going out of your way to sabotage the app. Let’s also not talk about asking me multiple times to connect to my contacts. You asked once, fine. But to keep asking? If the person creating content I’m willing to pay for offers his stuff anywhere else, I will dump this garbage happily. Amateur hour at best. Substack? Substandard.

We went to a soccer match that turned into a wrestling match thanks to the thugs from LA. I was proud of the way our boys responded to these tactics and honestly thought there would be a red card for LA before the game was over. Alas, it went against us which I have to wonder whether it was a retaliation by the ref for something that Max said or did before the half. There’s a lot more to say but for now I’ll leave that to others.

I love substack but this app is really hard to use. I can’t find my writers dashboard or get to my drafts. I can’t even figure out how to write a post! I looked up how but the button I am supposed to press to get to the writer’s dashboard doesn’t even work. But I can get to messages for some reason?? Needs a lot of work to make it user friendly, not sure why it’s so hard to get to the thing that I actually got the app to do - write!!!

Had to delete the app as it no longer works with my current version. And no, you cannot “download later version” as commonly stated Why is this? Why ever do this? What great and wonderful capabilities are granted by this update? I am sure they are underwhelming if there are any at all.
