Map download times are hideous
Why does it take forever to download one state map?? No issues with other GPS aps. This one downloads at a snail’s pace -Update- no issue with phone, pending updates, or connected network.. the download of the maps from your server for some reason take forever to do

I downloaded offline apps and travelled into an area outside the coverage area of my cell carrier. I was two days into the one week free trial. The app decided it needed a connection to verify my subscription right then and there and would not function until I got back into my cell network service area. I could not use my "offline maps" I downloaded since all the app would do is to display the message "No internet connection. Unable to show available subscriptions. Check your Internet connection and try again." ****Response to developer response: My free trial was only one week and I cancelled it before being charged a full year. Also I was an early supporter of this app and had bought the expensive lifetime option before the app was renamed to void my old purchase. Not happy about that either.

No ability to edit stops from CarPlay Want to see time to individual stops; not currently working right in app Issue with showing time to next stop is grayed out; not working . Still no ability to add or remove stops from CarPlay screen. Still no ability to ask Siri for directions like Waze and Google Maps; major 11/8/23. G to he developer respose referenced Android Auto; i was tslking sbout Apple CarPlay The app shows an option to get time to each stop, but when you try to access it, no changes occur. In fact that section is grayed out. 4/13/24- not sure I understand the app won’t allow you to see time to next stop in CarPlay. Google Msps and Apple Msps can do it so why not TomTom. Your suggestion about selecting ‘next Sto’ in the route bar does not work. It’s grayed out, it des not work when you’re in CarPlay. That’s what I’m trying to point out. However there is no ability to send you a screen shot

I’ve been driving with these device for quite sometime now. Started on a small bus with then Coach bus, which had me upgrade to the Truck GPS. I used the same GPS from bus driving and now I’ve been driving Truck for 2 and a half years now. Thought you guys discontinued everything when my GPS didn’t work correctly anymore. I didn’t want to get a different GPS because I already was heavy invested in TOMTOM, all of my saved locations. So glad that you guys came with the app. Needs a few adjustments like certain roads are truck safe but it will tell you it isn’t. Other than that it’s a very smooth transition I’m a true TOMTOM user love it.
