FUEL DRIVERS
This mobile payment application provides a secure and convenient way to pay for fuel at the comfort of your car, as well as purchasing any items inside the store at participating Shell stations in the United States
• You can link your Shell branded credit cards, checking account (via Shell S Pay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or directly add your credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
• There is a NEW way to pay with Shell eGift card. Add or purchase Shell eGift cards from your app!
• To pay for fuel outdoors, simply unlock the pump using the app. Or to pay inside the c-store, present the app QR code to the cashier. Either way, you are back on the road in no time. Everything you need is in the app, including loyalty program integration, receipts, offers, and station locator.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE DRIVERS
The Shell App now supports EV drivers! Drivers using the Shell App can select the EV option to access the Shell Recharge network. The Shell App allows EV drivers to locate the nearest charger, check the station’s charging status, start and stop charging, and easily make in-app payments.
FUEL REWARDS® PROGRAM
Shell Pay & Save eliminates the need to carry multiple cards, reduces the number of prompts you have to answer, and is integrated with the Fuel Rewards® program so you can save automatically on every fill up, every day!
• New to the Shell App? You can earn a one-time 25¢/gal savings by downloading the app and completing your first Shell Pay & Save fuels purchase.
• All Shell App users earn additional savings for continued use of Shell Pay & Save. You can now customize your savings by choosing to redeem only everyday savings or to use your full rewards balance with Fuel Rewards choice in the Shell App.
• New loyalty status added, see potential new rewards to gain with Platinum status.

Won’t verify email
It is just a vicious loop of sending me an email to verify, but when I click verify, it just takes me right back to the app screen that says check email to verify. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, tried verifying from a computer (would not work) tried resending email 5 times. Never worked. I have given up.

The absolute dumpster fire that is signing up for an account is required and horrendous. Once you get it set up then the app works fine. I wish I could just pay and not have to give them my info, and also skip that joke that is their password requirements, but no can do.

The app is a joke forgot email doesn’t work and no response from emails to them advising so. Don’t waste your time. Plenty of other stations with better services.

Had a shell account before trying to use fuel rewards now nothing works. I can get logged into fuel rewards but when I click on pay it switches me to the shell app. Shell has to send me a stupid code by email to finish the login (email? Really?). I receive the code, enter it and get an error message that the code could not be recognized. So I finally gave up and decided to start over with a new email address. Still does not work! I go in circles trying to click on the email verification link. Takes me right back to the screen to send another verification link and shell never logs me in. i now have 2 shell accounts and I can’t get logged into either one of them because I can’t get past the stupid verification step. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get all this to work. I’ll go back to using just the Valero app. It’s so much easier and less frustration!

I have a Shell Citi Mastercard and I cannot get my statements online. It’s very difficult to even open the app, and then there is nowhere to see my statement. I am going to Standard Chevon and forget about Shell.

When I first used it it work okay. After having this app over a week it would not work just kept saying error and when traveling don’t even other trying it will not work.
