Too expensive
Paying nearly $9 for a 10 minute/1.5 mile ride is insane. I was wondering why I stopped using this and now I remember, should’ve just taken an Uber at these prices.

Longtime user and member. Overall fan of convenience. Just upgraded and you can’t see parking indication prior to starting a ride. Makes it much harder to see if destination is full, which makes me determine if I should citi bike or not.

Since the update I can’t view my account, view bikes nearby or unlock bikes. Totally useless and I am now late to work most days because I expect the app to do all of these things when I get to the nearest rack!

App isn’t working last few days on Lyft or citibike in NYC, I know Lyft didn’t have the money to update the bikes to not say citi bike, do they now not have the money to have a working app? What am I paying for?
