Power on/off and pairing mode have literally the same instructions. Is there a reason for this?

I'm sure it probably works for supported earbuds, but Dime earbuds (by Skull Candy) aren't supported, and they're the only earbuds I have.

this app is literally useless and my right ear bud won’t work at all there is no sound. why can’t all of you terrible headphones from what i have used work on this app. (the website doesn’t help either ) “the one you gave me”

I was in the market for a new set of earbuds for running ,so I bought the Dime XT 2s. I came across the app so I did the entire setup at my desk at work. Everything connected and after doing the hearing test, I did have to restart the app for the feature to work but it all works great. I look forward to other Skullcandy products in the future. Being on a budget and getting a good product along with an intuitive app is really cool. Keep it up .

for some reason, every time, i keep on reinstalling and uninstalling the app. BUT NOTHING IS WORKING, CONSIDERING YOU HAVENT UPDATED THE APP IN 8 MONTHS. IT HAS BEEN ANNOYING EVERY TIME I TRY TO UPDATE.
