Purposefully obtuse app
Makes you sign up for this app to access tickets meaning you can’t get them on a computer at all. You can’t access your tickets unless you have internet <2 hours before your event. This setup is purposefully difficult to navigate and forces the consumer to use their flashy yet shallow and poorly designed app. I literally just wanted to get my ticket 😒

It appears as though the only choice to pay for a ticket is through Apple Pay. This part is poorly done. A friend of mine did not figure it out and lost the chance to see a concert. The same almost happened to me and I almost did not find the option for other credit cards.
