Latest updates broke the app
After an iOS update the app no longer recognizes my speakers. My device recognizes my Boom 3 speaker via Bluetooth but the app is hung up on the “how to pair” process. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck.

United StatesWon’t save custom EQ settings!!!
Please fix the bug in setting custom EQ settings. Once you set your desired EQ settings and turn the app off when done using the next time you use it, those settings are gone, and you have to re-set them again each and every time you go back to launch the UE Boom app and listen to music on your Boom. PLEASE FIX THAT!

Help me understand why the wonder boom doesn’t connect to this app when it lists right on the first picture that this app is for all boom speakers!? I bought a wonder boom specifically to connect it to my Megaboom, but I’m only now finding out that this is not possible even though it says all boom speakers can pair…
United States3 stars because Adaptive eq doesn’t work
I’ve the ultimate ears hyperboom for about 2 years now and I was exited about the adaptive eq but I read reviews saying the eq doesn’t work and nothing is there, so 2 years later I installed it and the eq works but the adaptive eq doesn’t automatically adjust the eq based on the environment.

I’ve tried everything to connect this speaker (boom 3) to my iPhone 15. I got it to connect 2-3 time, and it dies after about 2 hours of it on higher volume. It doesn’t matter where Im at, this speaker refuses to connect. Contacting FAQ support is no help either, nothing works when trying to connect my speaker. Perhaps I was cursed with a lemon? Very disappointed with the product overall.

I bought 2 HYPERBOOM speakers (expensive deal), to make a party very special, but the sound ruined everything. It kept cracking and interrupting the song often once I paired both with their “party up” feature. Disappointing, I was very frustrated and all guests seemed to be also annoyed by the audio issue. I might just return them sadly.
