Very annoying
The idea is adequate when communicating provider to provider. But in the real world this app is horrible. Constant notifications that disturbs workflow. I get notifications of messages while I am in the app via text but this is inconsistent. If the app is open on the phone. The message center does not refresh automatically leaving one the impression there is no messages. One has to manually refresh the screen or close the app to see new messages. No way to determine if a message is urgent. Often time several messages are on the screen and do to the refresh time, when you are opening one message one often is opening another message. Constantly asking you to put in a pin code There should be a message preview. I am not aware of any Hospitalist that does crosscover that believes their quality of life improved with this app.
