App is Not Useful to Patients Beyond Check In Forms
I had no problems completing the online forms prior to my annual exam check in. Other than that, the app was useless. I cannot view my information beyond filling in the check in forms. For example, the app asked for other family members with a history of breast cancer. My mother had breast cancer, but a Mother relationship was not listed in the Relationship drop down selection list. I assume this is because it’s already in my records, but I can’t see my records to verify that. It was the same with other family history medical questions in the app. Also, I could not access app Settings. I cannot see prior visit information. I cannot send messages, etc. It also does not link to all my other MyChart medical records at other providers, which would be incredibly helpful.
Could never get to checkin
Answer most of the questions using the skip functionality as directed but could never get to check in successfully.

Just a blank white screen. Deleted and reinstalled - still a blank white screen.

Worked once. Now any time I open it it’s literally a blank screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing.

The app does not work. Everything is blank. I am logged in and none of my info is there. Including appointments I have later today.
Easier than completing in office
This app worked perfectly on my iPhone. Tons of paperwork :) but much easier than coming early to the office and filling it all out. It was a breeze and the buttons are easy to select too.
