Remote monitoring doesn’t work anymore!
I’ve tried over and over to connect to my grandson across town but it doesn’t find the thermometer. It used to work great. Was there an update that caused it not to work anymore? Please fix this!!

Definitely buy this product if you love getting have a crying sick baby and love disappointed. The temperature reading doesn’t even reach above 88 degrees. Either every healthy person we tried this on is dead inside or the product simply doesn’t work.

Cannot figure out how to delete notifications I had set up for medicine reminders! Otherwise it’s a useful app

Lowest possible body temp setting is 95f, and can’t turn off the notifications for low temp alone or high temp alone. This is a fantastic continuous temperature monitor but need more control over the settings and preferences 😭
United StatesUseless Since Update—Cloud Mirroring not supported
This app used to be awesome. You could set up a “local” device (I used an old iPhone), and the data would mirror on any other apps signed in with account. Now, there’s no place to enter your account data, mirroring does not work. You have to be within 5 feet of the device to get a reading. There’s ZERO point to having the device if I have to go in the room to get a reading. Might as well just manually check temperature at that point. I could cry—my baby is sick and I went to use this as I always have (have had it for 5 years!!!!). Only to find that they have killed the best part of the app. If I could download a previous version of the app, I would. This new update is AWFUL. Save your money on the device/-I noticed they are back on the market again. Also, the developer website says it supports mirroring when it clearly does not. SO DISAPPOINTED.

This used to be great until they updated it. It lost all my data and took away signing in from a second device so I could monitor when I was more than 6 feet away very disappointed.
United StatesUsed to have an app on my Apple Watch, but no longer an option
I have 3 of these thermometers. My oldest is a heart transplant recipient and we monitor his temperature very closely. We have had our thermometers for over 5 years now and love them. I used to have a version of this that was on my Apple Watch too, but not anymore. I LOVED that feature. Is there any way to bring it back? That’s the part that’s missing for me.
