Besides being useless, a guide to fail Anatomy class and board exams, This app will charge you despite canceling Free trial ….they will say after 7 days free trial You have to reconfirm that you don’t want the automatic payment, then after a year Of unused or downloaded app, they will send you a reminder, your app will renew for a year, you can’t cancel, and you will forget Your password after a year, so create or retrieve your password to say no for auto pay and renewal, they will get you again, and auto renew and refuse refund while on autopay because you have the free trial Best regards Steve

I have a question about my account but have found no access to customer support on the mobile app.: no email address, no chat, no chatbot. Did I miss something? I’ll now need to research how to contact CS in order to get my question answered. In the meantime, I am unable to use the app. I have experience as a Customer Success Manager in the tech sector. Inability for my customers to reach me when they need assistance is a non-starter. The means to do that should be very obvious in several places on the site. It would be an advantage if you can add that access to your site.
