Constantly signs me out and then freezes on log in screen

Although the app is full of useful features it lacks the most important support which an iPad user would benefit from, which is the Apple Pencil. Whenever you try to use it with the app the app just freezes and loses a lot of its functionality. This is a major problem for such a respectable application, which would indicate neglect on the technical team’s part.

I hadn’t used my app in awhile, and then opened it (signed in), to notice that everything was disabled except skeletons, and connective issues. I used to be able to access everything else, except videos. I paid $80.00 way back when, only use it on one device (my iPad). Restore my purchase, and give me access to what I had before. Subscription model or no subscription model. You have essentially reverted my subscription to a free useless version.

I used to use this app all the time for grad school, in-fact I still do for reference material. User experience (minus the subscription cost) used to be fine. No direct issues with the app. But now the app is CONSTANTLY signing me out of my account, locking me out of the features I paid for. Yeah it’s not that big of a deal to sign back into my account, but why is the app signing me out all the time when I have paid to use the features that require a sign on? I should be able to go more than a few days of not using the app before I’m signed out of my account, and have to sign back in.
