I purchased two digital subscriptions from magazine websites. I was sent a link from each magazine directing me to Zinio to access my digital issues. Neither magazine shows up in my library. All attempts to solve the issue have been either met with solutions that do not work or they have been ignored. Be warned: This app is terrible.

It’s been a few years, but I am glad to be back in checking out this informative and educational Magazine. It keeps me updated aside from the fountain of info found on www & YouTube. I truly enjoy it & encouraged others to check it out. Stayed away too long. Thank you PC world.

I have updated my rating to four stars because Zinio support responded fairly quickly and reset my login. If/when Zinio implements a method for logging out of unknown devices without having to log in, the app would be worth another star. I’ve always appreciated Zinio’s interface and reliability, but there has to be a way for the customer to do this without having to contact customer service and wait for a response. I have other apps, like McAfee’s, that will allow me to do that. Previous review follows. I am logged into Zinio on exactly one device (my iPhone), yet I cannot access my library on this device (it states that I have no subscriptions). I tried logging into my account from my laptop, but it informs me that I have exceeded my device limit. If there are no tools available to correct this error, then this service is useless. I rated two stars because I have had literally hundreds of subscriptions through Zinio over the past decade or so. I can still use my Zinio Unlimited subscription, but what about my past issues? I am extremely frustrated by this bug/issue, and Zinio’s “Help” is no help.

If you subscribe through them, they will inflate the price with an auto renewal. They are thieves if you auto-renew so be very careful not to! They are untrustworthy.
