Worst app ever
Been trying for years to add photos update my homes information but the app doesn’t allow me and I’ve contacted RedFin several times no reply. Zillow is way better more advanced and accurate for sure. I do not recommend this RedFin app !!

I wanted to use the app to browse and get a feel for what’s available, but I have no interest in buying or selling in the next 5 years. I started getting spammed with Redfin emails, and despite pressing the unsubscribe button about 20x, the emails continue. So I tried to delete my account through the app about 5 times and got an error message each time saying my account cannot be deleted. Hmm. Interesting how that works!

Trying to help my parents find a home and there is a way to exclude 55+communities but not filter by just those properties. It’s almost as if literally zero people think things through. Why would you ever include only one side of a filter? Have you ever used filters before?

This app is really great, and probably one of the best out there. My only recommendations would be 1) Allow for the user to enter in the value of sq ft vs only having preselected values or have smaller increments for the “For Sale”. For those in the city the difference of 750 to 1000 sq ft can be significant so be able to set your own sq ft allows more versatility. It has this feature for rent so I’m not sure why it’s not available for the sale portion 2) Allow for user to hide properties 3) Add an exclusion term search, the filters don’t work well for laundry. Often time units with “Shared” laundry still show up which is annoying because I can’t filter them out

My bad review is because I get an email or three every day that I open to look at homes. Nine times out of 10 when I try to connect to that home. It tells me oops something went wrong. Cannot connect to server. Only your website nothing else I do online does that just your website!

Been searching for a home for a few weeks now, and this app seemed easy enough until I realized that there is absolutely zero organization here. You will get notifications of new homes on the market but when you click on the feed, it will direct you back to the houses you’ve already seen. Filtering your search is pointless because for instance, if you’re searching for a home less than 300 K and you put that in your filter, you will still see homes for $1 million and you still have to pick through them. Multiple listings with one picture and 10 word descriptions of the home. Who buys a house like that? Zero stars, my eighth grade computer class could produce a better app. I did find an app called Realtor.com that is a very similar but seems to have worked out all the bugs that redfin couldn’t. Give it a try, I guarantee you will like the app better
