Been trying for years to add photos update my homes information but the app doesn’t allow me and I’ve contacted RedFin several times no reply. Zillow is way better more advanced and accurate for sure. I do not recommend this RedFin app !!
United StatesRedesign feature is fabulous
Seeing homes as they are with square footage and amount of land they have included in the sale with details like yearly tax is good. However, having a redesign feature to alter the present image to what it could be helps you see more potential in the home you might buy. It does tend to make the space larger than it really is. You must adjust it back to its true limited size, but it does show how with an addition the space might be dramatically improved later. It’s a good app to help you find your own home to buy with enough to help you make your decision on which house is best to invest in.

I’m not sure why I continually get 20, 30+ badge count notifications on my Redfin app but when I open it up, there’s nothing there to show what the notifications are for; thus, I’m forced to turn off the notifications and will only use Redfin if needed. It would be great though to get an in-app notification when my favorites are updated (and no, I will not sign up for email notifications). Thus app used to be great but now I’m not sure it’s useful for passive real estate searches.

United StatesContent Great - Sort Takes Forever
This is one of my favorite real estate apps, great content, lots of options, BUT every time I sort I want to pull my hair out. It takes an insanely long time, and if you want to change something the entire process starts over. This is a database app, the filters identify the data you want and don’t want, not AI that needs to interpret data, it makes zero sense. What should be a 5 star app is almost unusable after a while. I get fed up and go to Zillow.
