Wonderful but..
I absolutely love this app before any other realty apps but my one and only complaint is, and is a very big problem, every time I open the app for the last two days it crashes and I can’t look at anything. I’m trying to buy a house in the next 4-6 months and I really need to be able to see the houses for sale. This app is the most updated apps for current house listings so I would really like to keep this one but if an update isn’t sent out that fixes this problem then there will be no reason for me to keep it. Please please fix this!!

Overall this app is ok. I love the alerts, and that it lets me draw search areas on a map of where I want to look for listings in. However, I'm getting so annoyed with having to reset my filters every time I open the app. The fist few times I used it it actually saved my searches so I could change it up to search somewhere else and then click on my saved search to go back to my presets. Now I have to change all my search filters no matter what Everytime. Please make it so you can save your search presets.

This app has again gone backwards to make the user create an account to see listings. This nonsense started a few months ago, and then changed back to not needing an account. Today, I can’t see any listings unless I login. I’ll find another app to use.

The data is good, but inconsistent filter options make it difficult to love this app. I am sick of filter options(days on realtor.com & price reduction only) disappearing from the filter menu every weekend. These filter options must be on a clock to protect sellers when the weekend buying come. As a buyer, it is so frustrating! In my opinion, buyers are this apps customers, not sellers, and the app should help those customers the most.

Deleting the app off my phone due to the fact that I can no longer save a home unless I agree to share my personal data. Kudos for giving people the option to opt out but you've lost me because of that policy.
