Diet plans Work wonders
I've been following Rati since the days of IMBB and used to write makeup reviews myself. Knowing Rati and Sanjeev, I trust that their plans are genuine and backed by thorough research, not just marketing gimmicks. I previously tried their regular slim plans to shed my pregnancy weight and loved some of the meals so much that we incorporated them into our lifestyle. I have followed Rati’s regular weight loss plan for 14 days and already lost 4.1 kgs. Her plan makes it so easy to stick to because she provides a list of exactly what you should eat for all meals and snacks on a weekly basis. It’s not overly complicated. It’s food that I usually prepare and therefore, it is sustainable. Also, she has a wonderful team that stays in touch and keeps track of your progress. So you don’t feel like you’re left alone on an island :) I’m hoping to see even more progress in the next few weeks and months as I go ahead with the plan.

I have been struggling with my eating habits and weight since quite a few years. After having baby i was the heaviest i could have imagined myself. But then i Saw Rati’s journey and followed her guidelines to loose 10 kg in 6 weeks. Its easy to follow , no gyming required and homemade meals which are delicious. Its very transparent something that will 100% work and will not let you go back to your heavy self! I could have given them 11/10 stars if i could.

I have been using Rati beauty app for almost 1.5 months. I have lost a whooping 12lbs of weight since I started my weight loss journey. I have a toddler and I work full time in person.
