Don’t do it!
This app was very hard to use, not intuitive at all. I’m convinced all the good reviews were written by the developers. I wanted to use it so that my siblings and I, all in different cities, could coordinate and delegate planning of our fathers 80th birthday party. I did not anticipate that we would all need to pay the subscription fee to be able to use the app. I had hoped we as a group would only need one subscription for a single event. I never got any farther than inviting a sibling and it was apparent it wasn’t going to work for since even that was a struggle and a lot of the features that were supposed to be there I could t even find.

I purchased this app a month ago, paid for the premium monthly subscription and the synch/collaborate add-on. I’ve tried several times to send invites to collaborate but the “click here to start accessing the event information” link in the invites are “--“. I also deleted the app and reinstalled, still have the same issue. If I try to backup or export I get the following error “insufficient permissions: request had insufficient authentication scopes”.

I could totally see this being a great product but not with all the bugs and crashes. I scrolled through and see that many of the problems I’m having were posted about over a year ago. Obviously, they are no longer updating the app and removing bugs.

Trouble connecting contacts. Bugs needs some work Lacking features for virtual events. Sync with other co-planners is not working. Would be nice to be able to connect and share pictures, etc. This has been a good app over the years. Note: if it doesn’t get some updates on features it will become an app that is outdated.
