Maybe a bug?
I pay for premium and the app is pretty good except for one thing. Every plant I have says that water with fertilizer is paused. I can’t uncheck that feature and there is no way for me to indicate that I watered with fertilizer except to complete a status update. This is very annoying to me as a paying customer. How can you fix this?

None of the pictures I was taking or have taken show up on the app. I can’t post any new pics or updates. Perhaps it’s cause I have an I phone 7. But it’s infuriating to buy a years worth of care to take better care of my plants in the planta program only for a month after I sign up to have no ability to take pictures or see them because my phone isn’t an i phone 15 or whatever. I’m not buying a $2,000 phone to take care of my plants with an updated app for $40 a year. Fox your app so that people with older phones can use it. It’s ridiculous to force people to get a I phone just to use your app when they already had it on the phone before. I also just learned the other day that bromeliads need water in the stalk at all times. Planta never said anything about that and you’re supposed to be the experts so for 5 years I’ve never had a bloom In The center stalk because it’s never had enough water. Very disappointed with the app.

I’ve been using this app for a while now and don’t have any problems with it. The only issue that I have is with the forums. The two times that I have actually posted a specific question regarding a plant, I’ve only received one useful answer. ONE!! Everything else was a bunch of “LIKEs”. Seriously? That’s all I get? I was asking for help and all I see is “LIKE”?!?? 😡 So, 15 people “LIKE” my post, but no one has any answers. Yeah, real helpful. Thanks peeps. 😒 Why do you even have a LIKE button in the forums? This isn't Facebook or TikTok. Its a Forum where people go for help. If someone just wants to share pictures of their plants, that’s one thing - LIKE all you want. But, when a person is asking specific questions and needs answers, the LIKE button is useless - and unnecessary. Please remove this stupid button from the help forums so that serious people can help those with serious questions. Let those who just want to share pics have a separate “forum” where LIKE is appropriate.

So many aspects of this app are great and I like the reminders to water, especially when I can break tasks down by site. However, the app crashes every time I try to move a plant to a different site. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, however this did not fix the issue. I still use the app, but can no longer rely on info by site.

I was so excited to download this app and purchase premium because I am brand new into this journey. I wanted to know things like where should I replant my purchased pots of herbs, how much soil and fertilizer to use and just instructions on what to do. The app only provides questions and content as if you have already replanted your plants.

I overwinter some of my outdoor plants inside. When I downloaded the app, those plants were inside, now that I have moved them outside. There is no way for me to move them from one site in my home to another other than deleting the plant from the room it was in and re-adding it to a new site. I’m not doing this every year, so I’m gonna find a different app unless this feature gets added before fall.
