App doesn’t connect
I have a black label 1000 series smoker. The smoker works awesome but the app is junk. Will not connect to my iPhone through Bluetooth. I’ve seen several other post about this and you would think they would do something to fix this. Buy it for the smoker but if you are wanting the app to work I’d find another one.

Just bought the new Louisiana grill after being a long time non digital Louisiana grill owner. Download the app and cannot get past step 2 of the 6. Will not move past enable Bluetooth screen cannot hit continue. Love the grills but the app is garbage. Be better and create an app the rivals your grills.

It is thanksgiving and the servers are overloaded because everyone is trying to cook their turkey. I am unable to monitor and change grill settings which was the MAIN reason for us to spend the money on a grill. Very disappointed. Invest in multiple online locations to serve the pages to customers. What a joke!
