Description
Meet Guard Ninja - the guard of your phone!

You don't know how to secure your phone? With this app you can leave your phone alone. Nobody will touch it without launching an alarm. Sleeping in a train or on the airport without anxiety that someone will rob you won’t be a problem. Guard Ninja will warn you in every situation like that. Increase phone security in a simple way!

Not only your phone, but also other things nearby can be protected with Guard Ninja app. Simply, put your guarded phone for example into your suitcase. Or lay it down on your wallet or laptop. If someone will try to take your things, alarm will turn on. And you can react quickly.

How the app works?
You can create your own, customizable alarm. Use different alarms for specific situations. Creating an alarm includes a few elements:
Decide what will be your alarm behavior. You can turn on the sound, light or vibration. Behaviors can be mixed, depends on you. Set sensitivity for your alarm. Adjust sensitivity of phone movement which will activate the alarm. Set timers to arm and disarm your alarm. You will have some time to put the phone in a place where you suspect it can be touched and then to turn the alarm off before it will launch. Create your unique password to disarm the alarm.

Your alarm list is always visible on home screen. In every moment one of them can be activated.

Simple, easy, just what I wanted! (but not PRECISELY secure, tbh)

I really appreciate the interface here! You decide how long it should take to put your phone down where you plan to leave it after pressing a graphic button (depending on what you’re doing with it, you can choose one to five seconds I believe, but since you’re *there* for that part, you can err on the slightly longer side I think - five seconds is plenty of time), and after that time and your phone is in place, the phone goes to black screen. If someone tries to pick it up (or however you set it, I find the phone movement sensor really easy to set. If you want to make sure it doesn’t go off just because someone nudged your stack of papers or the cat walked by or something, you can set it to higher sensitivity) the person will have between about 1 and 3 seconds (up to you) to put in the code to keep the alert from going off. They would likely fail since they probably wouldn’t expect the see that come up anyway and be surprised, or if they quickly pocket it they won’t get a chance. You can create multiple alarms with different timing and sensitivities to quickly choose, but I haven’t really had time to test them all yet. For me, I set the thing to emit the high pitch alarm, to go off about two seconds after someone would want to pick it up. I set that because it’s slow enough for me to punch in a code without causing a racket, and I think a sharp sound would keep a thief from running off with it - a shrill beeping thing they can’t turn off makes for a harder target, and thieves don’t like to take chances on harder targets, a snatcher is more likely to drop a shrill beeping phone and run to steal something easier another day is what I’m guessing. I love the ease of use, for me I don’t need bells and whistles - just high pitched beeps and an easily understood set-up! If they manage to take it and to unlock it though (only a three digit code) your phone IS UNLOCKED THOUGH, as someone noticed. It’s not USELESS obviously, but it’s an added danger to keep in mind. Apple has added a lot of security features lately, so depending on what you expect from a security app, it may or may not be for you. It’s no excuse to be stupid about leaving your expensive items laying around, obviously. This little hiccup only lost it one star since I understand the wisdom of, “You should get what you pay for,” which is very reasonable with this app. I can see it as an alarm for things you want to see if coworkers or kids are trying to get into, like your papers or bag or whatnot, or see who is a nosey guest in certain situations, or dorm mates looking in your things, (really the possibilities are endless) then watching them try to explain themselves 😄. I tend to be the nosey one in my own house, so I don’t judge all that harshly in most circumstances. Still! Use real locks and common sense, as well, of course! It’s a good app and easy to use, the best for the price I’ve seen, but it’s not infallible. I also think it best for children (yes, teenagers, most of you are in fact children) to understand - if your parents bought your phone and pay for your apps and keep a roof over your head, they can also quite rightfully TAKE your phone use away if you put things like this on it and they believe you’re doing things you feel the need to hide from them. Be honest with your family and partners and you’ll save WAY more trouble than this app can. Maybe you have different values or religions or whatever, I understand that, but until you’re on your own, it’s still better to grit your teeth and be the kind of person who would let their mom read their messages if she’s that interested (and if they’re abusive, get a different kind of help - this will just make it worse on you, for some kids, and you have my sympathy, this advice isn’t geared toward fundamentalist crazy stuff or being who you are obviously - there is support to be found more discreetly ❤️. If it’s that bad, and you still have a phone, I would probably find a way to HIDE it, though if they pay the account they can find it regardless, out of sight and mind hopefully), talk to them about your friends; your situation is not forever, and if it’s not a danger to you, it’s best to play by the rules; losing trust is terrible because it’s very hard to earn back. I don’t have kids, but I know I’d worry who they were hanging out with if they didn’t speak to me. Ask yourself why they might feel concerned enough to look, then if you use this for that, talk about it with them. If you’re lying or doing wrong, be you partner/spouse or child or friend, you’ll be found out regardless, and as one reviewer said the alarm itself can cause trouble and distrust. Use this in places where you don’t know who you should trust, like public, school, large family gatherings, or work - out a snooper to a whole room of witnesses (maybe it WILL be your spouse or parent or friend, but at least then you have a good excuse lol), but don’t put yourself in the dog house. -Kat =^..^=

Completely unusable

The OK button is off the edge of the screen and the user interface won't scroll. It's impossible to even create an alarm.
