App STINKS
Customer service = trash. App = trash. Executives = trash. I have covid and they will not RESCHEDULE my tickets for 2 weeks. NOWHERE in their policy does it say they can’t reschedule, but they keep saying it does. I’ve read through it 3 times. Will NEVER be using this app again.

I’ve been using FEVER app for a while. I purchased for my moms 60th birthday two candlelight concert tickets. My mom lives in a different country… not state, not town… country!!! And flew in for her bday to see me. Well the airline was late and it caused us to not be able to attend the show. It was out of our control. Anyways, I tried to simply reschedule to another time, I wasn’t even asking for a refund! (Also they won’t give you a refund if it’s before 24-48 hours which is nuts bc God forbid you get into an accident or are sick??) And they refused. My moms birthday was ruined!! And I spent nearly $200 & they refused to do anything. Just be careful with this app. Especially if you’re someone who doesn’t throw their money around, this app will happily take it from you and doesn’t care if you are able to actually attend no matter the circumstances.

I would advise against using this app. The app misleads into purchasing tickets not intended to purchase. When attempting a refund customer service claimed there was nothing that could be done. and no refund could be given for the accidentally purchased tickets. Very poor bordering on fraudulent service!

My wife and I have tickets for a show tomorrow, but she’s come down today with a cough and sore throat, possibly strep. I know we’re past the 48 hour change deadline, but I thought I’d reach out to see if someone would make an exception for a medical issue, especially since there are still tickets available for both the show we booked and the one we would change to. Instead I get a canned response about missing the deadline and the EXACT same response from a supposedly different agent when I replied to the first response. At no point was I able to actually talk to a person. I won’t be using this service again.

I bought tickets through the website and I thought I bought tickets for a Sunday. Come to find out I had purchased tickets at 7:55 PM for a 7:00 PM show that same day. Not sure how it would let me do that. I called customer service and told them I made a mistake and if I could reschedule tickets and they responded with “we will email you with the details” and the details were sorry there is nothing we can do for you.

I remember signing up on the waitlist for quite a few events that seemed so fun… until they never happened. I knew I should’ve got an email when tickets were released but I still checked regularly and dates were never announced.

First time using this company to purchase tickets. The area where you choose the time is very confusing. Theres not really any customer support either. You have to email back and forth with someone and it is very very slow. I purchased a ticket to a show not realizing that the little time buttons on the bottom wasn’t selected to the right time for a same day performance. You have to submit an email, then you have to respond to the automatic email reply that it isn’t helpful and then you have to painstaking wait hours and hours for someone to respond. Then they offered vouchers but never would send them. Super unhappy at this point and wondering why I trusted this app.
