Scope creep much??
CHANI is an absolute marketing genius. They are a mediocre astrologer with a brilliant scheme to infiltrate your life with their political agenda. After 8 months of being a subscriber, my heart hurts with our impending separation. I love, may I say crave, Chani’s daily wisdom. What hurts is always having to sort though political propaganda and their personal feelings to get to the root of the message. It’s an unfortunate circumstance. In need of a service, yet not able to endure the constant berating of personal moral values enough to continue the agreement. They are so intelligent, however their constant insert of personal opinions to sway their multitude do readers is disturbing.

Listening to my personal reading for each week really helps to center myself around the cosmic energy that is available to us all. Chani has a way of expressing the astrology as something to utilize and be aware of and not something to fear or cause concern over. This is the premier astrology app for all levels of astrology inclined individuals as it is approachable and understandable without being completely general and uninspired. Mmm kisses and hugs giggles and smirks, what can’t I swoon over when it comes to receiving the bounty of wisdom-beauty overflowing from Chani and her team through the Chai app. I often reflect about her mindful devotion of creating the seemingly endless recordings she offers us. What a labor of love her business has become for all she supports within it and beyond it. What a life of service she has built requiring her to take time to create spaces of loving supportive intimacy in all of the teachings, inspirations and mediations on the app. It must be my astrology because she feels like kin as I listen, yet more importantly, it’s most likely her planarity placements and her momma bear or lion, of loving guidance she weaves into raw, real and nurturing vibrations coaxing us through the truth of the world while being ourselves. As I listen, the love, laughter and truth reaches and teaches me in deep and elevating reminders just when I need them. Sometimes I feel what I need between the vast array of what she says or she spells it out like she’s next to me and the visionary she is! Either way she’s tapped to the churning occurring and it’s gorgeous intimate medicine receive. Astrology has always intrigued me, but I never fully grasped its complexities until I started using the CHANI app. What was once a small interest has now become a daily practice for me. Chani’s perspective on astrology as a cosmic mirror for both the collective and the self has —not to sound dramatic— changed my life. From the weekly readings to the spot-on journal prompts, this app has helped me better understand myself and how to make sense, and even see beauty in the chaos of life. As a queer person, I’ve often felt like astrological interpretations lived within strict masculine and feminine archetypes, but Chani’s perspective has taught me that those limitations are as archaic as the patriarchy itself. I’ve come to celebrate more of my queerness through this app, and I’m very grateful for that. I highly recommend buying the premium version; it’s worth every penny. And as someone who also needs something tangible to dump my thoughts into, the Astro Planner has been a game changer for my morning routine. I can’t start my day without it now! This is a review from that prototypical fan who never leaves reviews. Also it must be said that although I’ve never fully prescribed to astrology as more than a cursory enchantment, the work of CHANI is magic. While I love the yearlies and the weeklies, while the dailies are insightful…it’s the meditations that really just dig deep into my core and lift me up. Every day the app delivers a fresh one. Is this aligned to my chart? Is this random? I don’t know. What I do know is that every single day I have listened to a meditation it gives me the message and the strength I need to walk into my day and greet the obstacles that inevitably arise. I am stabilized by them. More than once I’ve cried cathartic tears. I don’t even cry when working out my hips in yoga. My inner self is wholer, warmer, tenderer now. Dearest Chani, thank you for your guidance. I sincerely hope your work is around so I can walk with you daily for the rest of my life—we’re talking a hopeful six decades 🤍

Chani's voice isn't just heard; it's felt deep within the soul, her pace is perfect and her voice is questionably angelic (is she real?), truly breathtaking, and admittedly THEE reason I started writing this review. Chani provides a transcendent experience that elevates the act of meditation to an art form. The meditation titled "Inner Leader" from April 3 deeply resonated with me, not only because of the themes around “awareness of the observer” / “unlayering of the self until you’re left with just your soul”, but also because of the graphic arts that accompany each message so elegantly, cleverly, yet fun, edgy, and just flawlessly... This is what sets the Chani app apart for me, it’s the promise to a holistic experience every single day. The way I was moved by the cover art photo for the "Inner Leader" meditation is remarkable; a majestic lion sitting in a bowl of alphabet soup, with the words "Inner Leader" spelled out, against a backdrop of beautiful mountains. I genuinely admire every detail of the artwork, both whimsical and profound elements. I may be a little biased because my life revolves around soup (I am a food technologist at a soup company) but, nevertheless the artwork complements the meditation of the day in a way that is both grounding and elevating. How can that be? I am captured by this harmonious blend of content, delivery, and artistry. This particular day’s meditation was life-CHANIng (pun intended, sorry haha) enough to the point that I would like to request or even offer to pay for a permanent recording of it. I already have a paid subscription to the app but wish I could “star” the best sessions into a favorites folder that I could revisit at any time. Does the app allow for something like this now and/or offer any access to the archived daily meditations? It's a feature that I think every user would greatly appreciate.
