The app includes guided instruction videos with demos and explanations for each of the seven practices. The videos are available offline too, so once downloaded, the app needs no internet connection.

The seven practices include:

Yoga for Health
This practice is a simple way to activate the energy nodules in your joints and exercise your muscles, bringing ease to the whole system.

Yoga for Success
The energy and neurological systems branch out in a big way in the region of the shoulder blades and above. The neck practices activate these systems, bringing alertness and intellectual sharpness.

Yoga for Wellbeing
Yoga Namaskar is a powerful practice that nurtures the physical, psychological and energy dimensions of a human being.

Yoga for Peace
The Nadi Shuddhi practice cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.

Yoga for Joy
Nada Yoga – the yoga of sound or reverberation – allows you to utter the sounds that create an inner atmosphere of joy, making it a natural way to be.

Yoga for Inner Exploration
Shambhavi Mudra is an easy, effortless process that enhances your perception and makes you receptive to that dimension of life, often termed as Grace.

Yoga for Love
The many nerve endings in your palms make them very sensitive. By placing them together in a Namaskar, you can change your chemistry to foster love within.

Practice Guidelines
- The practices can be done at any time and anywhere. It is best to do them in the sequence given in the app. Each practice can also be done individually, if your focus is only on some of the aspects. 
- If you are looking at doing just one practice, we recommend doing Yoga Namaskar for overall wellbeing.
- A light stomach is recommended (keep a 1.5-hour gap after food). If you do not fulfill this condition on a particular day, please skip the Yoga Namaskar practice.
- Anyone over 7 years of age can do the practices.

Needs an Update - Not Working Properly Anymore It’s just too sad that due to recent updates in iOS, the app is not working as it should anymore. Please updated this app for the latest iOS version.

App does not work

I’m sorry to say but this app doesn’t seem to work which is a huge shame because I’ve been watching Sadhguru’s video for a couple months now on my journey and was so excited to try the yoga tips. Tried to use this app this morning and when I open the videos, they immediately start to play which is fine. However, there is no sound at all. If I tap the video, I’m taken to a page that doesn’t exist. Or the video pauses and if tapped again will start over. Also if I rotate my phone to enlarge the video I get a quarter of the page I’m on, the top right side, and the other half of my screen is the list of yoga for… options. Also, when I leave the video with the arrow on the top left, the app crashes. I’m guessing it’s been a while since an update was done but i don’t know. This is on an iPhone 13 pro max.

A review (NOT 5 YEARS AGO)

This app is very counter intuitive. Won’t let you go full screen (rewind fast forward), press one part of the video the same video will loop (I’ve pressed it enough times for it to be audio chaos) the practices seem great but I can’t practice if it won’t let me so… ISHA FOUNDATION! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP!

My life has brightened up

I found this app from a free (in person) yoga class & i feel peace & a better mindset from that first class & from using this app . I wish it was more popular .

No audio in all the videos

Kindly look into the matter why audio isn’t working..

No audio

All the videos are silent and nothing is 5 minutes. The app was highly recommended so I assume it’s good but it doesn’t work on my phone at all. Maybe my iPhone isn’t new enough.
