Wrist Temperature

The health application offers the temperature relative to a reference temperature obtained during around 5 nights. With this app you will be able to obtain the absolute temperature obtained during the night, from the first available value.

This app only works with Apple Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch Ultra.

To enable sleeping wrist temperature measurements, ensure Sleep Focus is on and that somone is wearing Apple Watch while sleeping. The temperature is displayed in degrees Celsius.
