A great app for mental health
I downloaded this app while in grad school for social work (concentrating on community mental health). This app was so helpful during that stressful time and is based on evidence based interventions for mental health that I was learning about in school at the time. I’ve kept it after graduating and it’s been super helpful to track my mood, identify triggers, and to Practice healthy coping and mindfulness. I especially love affirmations and blog articles. Give it a try and see what you think, I found it very helpful and legitimate! The free version is what I use and it’s still very helpful.

You shouldn't be giving people a run for their money, this app is supposed to help people through problems not charge them extra money to have more things unlocked. For example, if people have problems and can't afford to pay for the "special offer," they can't get the full attention and help they might need.

It’s very simple and easy to use. Some people may not think of it as helpful. But as some one who has had a long battle with mental health and addiction and spent a lot of time in psychiatric hospitals and with therapists. It really does feel like I have my very own therapist, journal, and meditation guide in my pocket. I’m probably a fan for life. Thank you to all of the people responsible for the development of this app. It may not be an “end all be all” but it used correctly this could have very powerful impact on millions of people just like me. 💕💕
