Back in November I heard an add on the radio for a local psychologist offering virtual gastric band hypnosis and I thought “I bet there’s an app for that “ and I found this one!! I can’t be happier!! I have lost 30lbs in the easiest non-diet way possible. I eat when I’m hungry. Stop when I’m actually full and the hypnosis sessions are super relaxing! I’ve tried every weight loss plan out there and always felt deprived and having to say “no “ to myself or “not right now “. Now I’m so free and I reached my 30 lbs by mid January and haven’t looked back!! I’ve recommended it to everyone I know! It’s sooo incredibly simple!! Best 8 bucks I’ve ever spent!!

Only 3 days in and I am elated. The scale is really moving and so is my mindset! I eat everything I want when I’m hungry and not everything I can. I haven’t felt deprived. I believe more than ever I am a healthy vibrant in shape beautiful woman and I have always weighed 135 lbs. I am listening to the VGB at least twice a day the daytime session in the morning and the nighttime in the evening at bedtime. I also watch the session video every time. I’m a mother of two, could not find the will power to resist food. Gave this app a try thinking it wouldn’t work, but would only cost me $8 if it failed. I’ve never tried hypnosis before but I’m 100% a believer now. Took about two weeks for anything to happen but then I noticed I was less hungry and could resist food. After about a month I was eating smaller portions and had will power to turn down sweets (which is HUGE) I’ve lost all my pregnancy weight and feel fantastic. Plus this app puts me to sleep within 5 mins. Lol. This is a game changer people.
