You do exercises like push-ups and sit-ups to improve your physical health and fitness. Now you can add Think-Ups to your routine to boost your mental health and fitness too. Think-Ups uses a combination of evidence-based, psychological techniques to help improve FOCUS, reduce STRESS and ANXIETY, boost HAPPINESS and increase your overall MENTAL FITNESS and WELLBEING. By combining elements of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attentional Cognitive Bias Modification, Positive Psychology and PsychoEducation, the Think-Ups program packs a powerful, stress-busting punch. Many of our users report feeling better after their first session of Think-Ups and over 87% of users report improved mental health and wellbeing after doing their Think-Ups for just 7 days. For optimal mental health and fitness, we recommend doing your Think-Ups every morning and every evening, and any time in between if you need a quick mood boost. Focus on the Positive
This is a great app! I enjoy the games because it helps to see the positive in a fun and engaging way. I hope the developers add more games. Thank you!
Does it help?
This mental health game is very dependant on the user's ability to be comfortable in the moment. It is not intended for an immediate stress reliever. If you are in a bad place, it's not the time to use the app. However, if you are interested in testing yourself and making strong goals that you intend to keep, this app is right for you.
Helpful
I have been looking for an app to help with me stay positive. Love this app. I like that there are different activities from which to choose. Thank you.
Most unique mental health app
This is the most unique health app I’ve tried so far. Unfortunately, it didn’t help me. If anyone has any recommendations for anything I can try, I would appreciate it.
Does it exist?
It says it’s still in development mode when trying to sign in
Clean interface, but stressful timer
Love the clean uncluttered nature of the games, but I would much prefer a timer free option. I’m not driven by scores, beating a clock, or competition. I prefer the satisfaction of leisurely completing a task.
