Shady price structure
I purchased a month subscription after seeing their ad on Instagram. I was directed to the App Store to download where I saw the same subscription and monthly plan costs $9.99 a month. I’ve requested immediate cancellation and a refund. This is a total ripoff and some really shady marketing practices. I do not recommend this app or business.

I saw the advertisement for this on Instagram and thought, wow, this could help keep my walking on track. I did the short quiz, read the results and then decided on the 3 month membership. After paying via PayPal, I received an email and after reading the email, downloaded the app from the email as that’s what it said to do. After that well, nothing else that the email said to do happened. First it didn’t ask me for email and code that had been emailed. It took me directly to the same quiz I had just taken and then didn’t really offer and clear advice as the results from the quiz did. I immediately tried to find a place to cancel and I found one place within the app that appeared to cancel the renewal after 3 months. I’m still not sure how to get a refund on the initial monies paid.

I do not like the new format. I would look ahead in my weeks with my programs and plan accordingly. This only shows one week at a time. I also don’t care for the general format. The other was much more user friendly.

This app does not do what is advertised. You have to carry your phone to track steps, does not sync with apple health or with the Apple Watch. Not user friendly and the settings are all over the place. This is a complete wage of money and would love a refund!

I’m not sure what I paid for, am I missing something? It gave me a walking workout it for a 3 month calendar, but the workout doesn’t seem to account for starting point… I already walk 1 hour a day 5 days a week, why would I start at 25 minutes a day? The meal plan is a bit ridiculous… I don’t know anyone who eats scallops for lunch in the middle of a busy week… There’s no heart rate connection that I can find, so as far as I can tell the app tells me to walk 25 minutes and then tells me when 25 minutes is up… I can read a clock, I don’t need a $40/3 month timer. I was really excited for this, but the app severely underperforms… it might be user error, but the app is not intuitive at all if that’s the case. Super disappointed
