Not bad.
I like the simplicity of the background view. Simply a woman completing poses as dictated by a voiced-over female in detailed description. That is nice as it tells you what parts of your body should be doing in each pose. There is no background music which I like to have playing during yoga. I suppose I could play my own.

Really enjoyed this program!!!!!
Like the simplicity so far.
I’ve only done 2 sessions so far and definitely considering buying the pro version. I am mainly comparing this app to YouTube videos. I like that the app is straight to the point and I don’t have to hear about a sponsor. I like the audio cues and that can hear a bit of another app in the background. Wish it wouldn’t turn down the other app so that I could listen to a book at the same time. I feel like the sun salutation flow is a bit too fast. UI a little outdated but I can live with that. It did the same workout as the first time so I would like if there was a little list of available workouts. I will make a custom one for variety but would like if there were a few options to jump in with.
Great programs
I love the app. I do the 30 minute and 20 minute yoga. Think they are great! My only complaint is the Sun salutation routine moves so quickly and is not so relaxing. Wish it was just 30 seconds longer.

Daily routine for the past four years
I use it almost exclusively on my Apple TV, though sometimes I use it when not at home. Been using it religiously for the past four years. I can feel the blood flowing to the parts of my body that I know need it. I can definitely say that I’m a calmer driver because of it, and that has flowed into my everyday dealings with people. One thing I wish I knew the answer to: what style of yoga is practiced here?
