I should have read the review. It basically tells you that you will be hungry so eat healthy and gives a handful of examples of healthy foods to eat. You can find way more info googling it. Also there is a photo gallery showing pregnant women holding food, like an apple or banana. That's really all the app has to offer. Huge waste of money.
