It’s brilliant. I spent 2 years searching God for ways to be set free and delivered from oppression and trauma. God lead me to her, and although I didn’t do what she advised during those years, I spent a lot of time journaling to find core issues. After searching I revisited Caroline leaf and found this app, and listened. I found that the years I spent journaling was summed up in the app to get yo the root of the issue. This absolutely is a short cut, and yes I believe there are short cuts to life. I write this as a response to honor Dr. Leaf and Jesus for what He is doing in her life.
