Good
It’s great. It’s everything I want in a lifting app. But, It’s becoming a lot more common that my workouts don’t end up in Health and the watch and phone app aren’t in sync. Can you just make a way to resync the workouts to health? That would be much appreciated.
Pretty solid
Nice app, nice UI. Just gotta get used to it and you’re all set.
Awesome workout app
As a user who transferred over from Strong, it takes a lot of the guesswork out of working out for me. I don’t have to worry as much about calculating my 1RM percentages or having to cross reference lifts to progress in weight. I can train and let the app do its thing. I do wish it had some cardio workouts in it but every issue I’ve had, I’ve found some form of solution or makeshift fix for. Had to come back and say that I love the updates this app has been getting in regards to little things like the plate calculator, adjusting exercise order and supersets mid workout (a feature I’ve wanted for a while) and the ad-hoc workouts. It might honestly be a reason I stick to iOS when faced with my next phone upgrade. Quality app.
Love this app!
I have been using this app for a couple of months and absolutely love it. The best Apple Watch integration and UX I could find. I only wish it had better progress stats. e.g. graph with the overall volume per primary / secondary (optional) muscle group, body heatmap, etc.
Absolute GOAT of a Workout Planner
I have used this app 5 times a week for two years. No complaints at all. If you’re lifting, check this app out. One of the few apps I’ve ever paid for.
Finally an app that has what I’ve been looking for
I’ve been looking for a weightlifting app that gives the user the ability to set alternate exercises in case a machine is taken for example. Absolutely makes this app a W in my book. So far so good. 2 features I am looking for is showing the heart rate monitor where the timer is and an option to pause the workout. Also, I noticed the watch doesn’t fully sync with the iphone app properly all the time when it comes to rest time.
Great, One Wish
This is a great app and I must applaud the developer for not using tracking SDKs, as well as supporting the latest iOS features. The one thing holding me back from using this regularly is the logging/entry model. The app is designed to have you pre-define your sets, reps, and weight, and then when you are working out, just mark them as complete (or tap multiple times to mark fewer reps completed). However, my workouts are rarely this predictable. An entry method like Strong or Liftlog+ that gives me a text entry for the weight and reps for each set, with my goal pre-filled, is much quicker and easier when I might have an extra rep or two in me, or decide to go up in weight. If Liftin’ supported a quick entry model like this, I’d be using it every day. As it stands, editing each set in a workout is too fiddly for me to get in a groove with this. If Liftin’s model of entry works for you, however, it’s a great choice.
• Body measurements tracking • Reorder sections in the Progress tab • Option to include/exclude warmup sets from volume calculations • Options to select how and if BW-exercises volume should be calculated. • Added a new app icon • Added 2kg, 1kg and 0.75kg plates to Plate Calculator • Option to include number of tracked workouts in Progress photo sharing • Bugfixes and polish Like Liftin'?
