I am asleep with in 5 minutes. I only get up once at night and that is to let my dog out. There are a few nights that she sleeps all night and I love those night. When she doesn’t wake me up , I sleep all night. WOO HOO😆😆😆

Its like a friend
I feel like “Journey” cares about me. I love that it chats with me, even tho my answers are already there for me. I feel like I'm not alone. It helps me not think at night, which makes it easier to fall sleep. I haven't heard one story yet, to the end. Im out before they finish. Thank you.
