A food or drink item and its point value can be added manually, selected from a user-defined food list, or by scanning food barcodes and adding them automatically. The goal of this page is to provide an easy-to-use, efficient method for monitoring food consumption, ensuring the user remains within the bounds of their daily and weekly point allowance. ACTIVITY POINTS TRACKER: This feature turns exercise into consumable weekly points. Input your current weight, duration, and workout intensity to calculate the point value of your exercise. The resulting point totals will appear in a table viewable on this page and automatically added to your weekly point allowance. We are currently working on integrating the ability to connect to external exercise data (ie. Fitbit) as well. FOOD POINT CALCULATOR: Depending on the current point system that a user chooses upon registration (ie. PersonalPoints, SmartPoints, PointsPlus, ProPoints), a calculator feature will be available to them. On this page, one can choose to enter the nutriment values of their food or drink item manually or scan the barcode of that item to determine its WW point value. I payed for this app then I tried putting down my information and it wouldn’t let me go to next step I kept trying until I just gave up.
Lots of holes
This app is trying to be like WW but when you scan an item, it either doesn’t let you Add it to your food tracker, or you have to add it in completely with the nutrition label… lots of work.
Weekly points
The latest update defaults your weekly points to reset on Monday. I used to have it set the reset on Thursdays bc that worked better for me 🥺

Great WW Alternative
I am so glad that this app exists! I wasn’t able to find a WW app alternative that had the blue plan until this one! The only suggestion I have is a way to connect the app to Fitbit or apple health to keep track of exercise/activity points!

I love this it helps me visualize the amount of food. I can then keep track of points easily.
