Difficult to add recipes
On some items to build a recipe you can’t change amount. It seems if you say it is 4 servings of chicken and you say you had 1 lb it doesn’t divide it up per serving it just records all of it. The steps hardly ever link accurately with Fitbit. I want to use this app but it’s too limited. I’m sorry our center switched to this one because I find Baritastic a better product.
Good idea, but has glitches
I’ve been using this app for about a month, and am frustrated with it constantly freezing, so I have to close and open it repeatedly🤬. Also, when checking progress and selecting list, it still just shows the graph. For me, tracking food , nutrition and macros in My Fitness Pal is easier.. wish I could export it into this app.
Awesome Weight Loss Tracker
I’ve been using this tracker along with the Healthy Transformations Ketogenic Meals. There are a lot of tools that You keep track of important metrics when working towards weight loss goals. There’s a scale that connects with the application and it automatically uploads your weight, BMI, and body composition onto your account. It also tracks the calories, carbs, protein, and fat each day. It has a searchable menu for almost anything you can buy at grocery stores or at restaurants. It connects with my Apple Watch data and automatically pulls in the data. Finally, it allows my coach to reach me via daily texts, phone calls or video chat. My only criticism is I’d like to be able to connect with friends and share successes or struggles. It’s a great app and highly recommend it.
