Been using this app for 4 years and it’s been a Great tool for me & my fitness journey. It’s incredibly simple, easy to use, & it is what u make it. I dig seeing progress, & keeping track of it. This tool helps me to hold myself accountable in the gym, & to keep track. 5 star for sure.

Almost perfect
When adding a custom exercise, you can only choose one muscle. Some exercises hits multiple muscles, such as push-ups. Being able to add these extra muscles would make the reporting much more accurate. Also, isometric exercises are trending up in popularity. Being able to properly track these load/time based rep exercises would be a great feature to add.

I tested all the fitness tracker apps, this one makes the most sense and does everything you need. It’s not bloated, just a great UI and logical features to easily track your progress and plan workouts. One suggestion if I could make is add workout bands to the list of equipment.

I wish you could change the color of the box where you input weight / reps. Update: after a few weeks of usage I still love this app BUT I wish it connected to apple health and I wish that the intervals for timed exercises could be set to minutes as well.

We've just rolled out an update that fixes a couple of tricky issues you might have encountered. First, we've resolved a bug that caused the app to crash when changing the order of exercises. Also, we've fixed an issue where the timer would reset unexpectedly if you interacted with the view. Thanks to these tweaks, your app experience should now be smoother and more reliable.
