Knowledge is power, this app allows you to reflect on your previous workouts while also planing for the future workouts! First step is to setup your workout templates, these represent the exercise goals you want to achieve in your workout. Second set is to actualize said templates into workouts. You can record how many sets reps and weight you were able to lift as well as the pause you have taken in between your sets. Progressive overload is the key to making gains! The app allows you to track of your timed exercises as well so that you know exactly how much cardio you have done. If you're trying to cut and get mean and lean there is a built in calorie tracker and a weight tracker to allow you to better estimate your daily requirements and keep track of your caloric deficit/surplus. The app supports notifications letting you know to weigh yourself, you can disable or change the time when these are shown in the profile settings. Great App, as a developer, some recs
Fantastic tracker, especially due to the fact that everything is fully tailored to your workout, however it is done. (Dev Notes) Would appreciate if 0 values were not actual 0 input values, but just place holders for user input (I.E. the 0 when clicked on for input turns into just an empty input table) Also, would appreciate if decimal values were available for “Weight” input!

This is the only app that is free, with no in app purchases that does EXACTLY what is supposed to do. Thank you so much for creating this.
Great App with bug
App design is great! One bug though is that the exercise titles in the templates disappear when you go view them again in the templates tab. However the titles are there when you go to actually complete the workout. Also doesn’t look like this app gets maintained, the last update was 6 months ago.
