This program has allowed me to overcome and prevent many injuries. It is an important part of my gravel race training. Worth the time to invest in doing their programs.
I like the app it is better than the old one. It still needs work very glitchy on my Apple phone. Take three or more tries to open my workout then works fine. Good content. Wise you had a hamstring rehab workouts and stretching. Thanks keep up the great work.

I try to do 1-stretch, 1-strength followed by 1-Stretch. About an hour total. 3xWeek. Works great for me. I can target my problem areas.

Helpful strength and movement exercises
I’ve been using the program 3 years. The programs are easy to follow and are relatively short so it is easy to find time to complete. Finally the programs require very little investment in equipment, basically a mat, strap, and some dumbbells.
Great mix of programs
The stretches and warmups have been a helpful addition to my cycling conditioning. The workout programs are a nice addition for non-ride days.
Dynamic Cyclist is Great
I’ve been using Dynamic Cyclist for at least 3 years now. The improvement in my flexibility is dramatic. The postures are mostly gentle and effective. I learned how to feel muscles I previously didn’t know how to stretch. I’ve done a lot of yoga and this is a great addition! 5 stars !
