Literally opens to Ads
Supremely annoying ads. I literally just downloaded the app and the first screen is a giant ad for which you can't even get to the rest of the app until after a times out. One star, poor job, poorly done. Stop annoying users with ads!!

Trying to loose weight that I gained bc of Long Covid. The 5 min option is best for me bc of my extreme fatigue. Just started, but so far so good. I do an exercise as long as I can during the countdown, and each time I’m able to go a little longer.

It’s a simple app but it gets the job done. There aren’t many options to choose from. You can choose a your sets and interviews. It will show you a video of each exercise during the interval. It does connect with Apple health.
Great App!
This app guides you through a short 10-minute workout that is pretty intense! I highly recommend this app; especially if you don’t have a lot of time to spend on exercising.
Oh my!
I’ve been an athlete my entire life, but have recently taken a break due to injuries. I’m getting back into shape and this app is more that what I expected! Great app for at home cardio.
