CHARGING ME TWICE
I purchased this app w/ receipt in 2019 for $3.26. Now they strip my access and force me to “Upgrade” for $9.99 like I never paid for it? Will be reporting this.

I've been a user of this app for over five years, starting with the paid version. However, this year, there have been constant interruptions with advertisements and prompts to update to the premium version for $9.98. Each time I try to use the app, I'm bombarded with subscription requests, which is frustrating and disruptive. I was satisfied with the service when I paid for it earlier and do not wish to constantly update. This experience has left me feeling frustrated with the service.

Purchased this app years ago and have sold many copies over years of use. New version does not restore purchase without ads and now they are asking for monthly charge to remove nag. Restore button does not honor prior purchase. No response from support on this. I will update my review if this gets resolved.

I already bought this once. Now it harasses me to buy a yearly subscription for something I already own. Developers, cut the nonsense. Don’t buy this app.

If you pay attention to the good reviewers, almost all of them are old. I was so glad to find this app. It’s always hard to pay for an App when you don’t know if you will like it, especially after having tried others that were only so-so. I was very glad that I did PURCHASE it. I recommend this app to lots of people, who also PURCHASED it. BUT… Then some genius decided to strip all the PAID for features and make it a free App and CHARGE US AGAIN for the features we already PAID for by way of subscription. I have no problem with the developer offering a free app with a subscription or even offering upgrades to the features we already paid for, but what was done was dishonest and disappointing. Often when I try to start the timer it will ask five or so time (in a row) by way of pop up to buy the subscription. PLEASE RETURN THE APP THAT WE PAID FOR.

I purchased this when it was free with ads. I liked it and decided to buy it. All of a sudden it says I need to get an annual subscription to use it. I already paid for it with a single purchase. I don’t know but that seems unethical to me. Maybe it was written somewhere in the fine print that they can legally do this. Not sure. But I did t see that. I truly believed I was buying a gym timer app for my phone.
