SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Your first year on Balance is free. After that, Balance offers two auto-renewing subscriptions at $11.99/month and $69.99/year. These prices are for United States customers, pricing in other countries may vary.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

Balance also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99 with unlimited access to the Balance library forever.

Literally Life-changing

It feels silly to say an app is life-changing, but this app is actually life-changing. I’ve never thought meditation is anything I’d be interested in doing but this app makes it so easy. The guided meditations are easy to follow, they don’t have the woo-woo nonsense I was expecting, and there are so many options to fit any moment. Stressed? Sick? Starting the day? Ending the day? Woke up in the middle of the night? There’s a meditation for that. The guidance is helpful and unobtrusive during the meditations, but are also informative enough to allow you to apply it to other times in your day without needing to actually do a formal meditation. I enjoy the options to change the voices but they’re both very soothing. The benefits of the app are best once you’ve regularly incorporated it into your day. Although sporadic use of the app is still probably better than nothing, I started experiencing the most benefits after building it into my weekday morning schedule. I’ve found myself generally calmer and I’m sleeping better than I ever have in my life.

Love it but there are die downsides

I think it’s great but some of the downsides are that you can’t really do anything unless you have a membership or something. But overall it think it’s better than calm app 🙂.

Worth adding to my meditation routine

I already had a consistent morning practice through 2 other meditation apps when my best friend sent me the offer to try this one out for a year & I’m happy I decided to add it into my morning routine. I like how this one personalizes your practice to your current skill level, & while I was already familiar with most of the techniques they’ve covered, different people give different tips/perspectives which I feel are really helping to deepen my meditation practice. Even if you’ve been meditating regularly for some time, this will definitely still add value to your practice & if you’re brand new to meditating, I think you’ll love how they guide you through learning the basics. 🙏🏻🤗

Excellent app!

I am just starting to learn to meditate, but I love the streaks and badges that keep you motivated to continue. The AI is helpful in giving personal prompts and feedbacks so it is not so generic. Love this, and as a wellness clinic owner, plan to share this with my patients!

This app helped me through a dark time

I discovered this app thanks to my therapist and I’m only 9 days in with multiple sessions on it a day. But I already feel better. I can notice a change in my focus and moving on from a tough breakup while in a ridiculously hard program that made me develop test anxiety. I’ve been able to get my life back during the semester that I was struggling in and I’m grateful for this app.

Sleep help and more

By far the best meditation and sleep app. The variety of meditations and mindfulness practices is incredible and surprisingly helpful. It has helped me sleep, fall back asleep, and more. One very anxious night it was the ONLY thing that helped me catch some shut eye. I love this app — don’t miss it

For me, Balance is the best!

I tried Calm, Headspace, Breethe, and Balance for stress/anxiety reduction. All of them have their pros and cons, but I kept coming back to Balance - well beyond the free trial year. I like the training modules and the “singles,” which are increased often. The wake up and morning brew sessions start my day. I try to make time for the training sessions, at least 3X/wk. The midday reset energizes me after lunch and the pre bed wind down are a great way to end my day. If you haven’t already, try the free year - what do you have to lose… beside stress and other things that bug you!
