I am devastated Amazon Care is no longer available. We have used them multiple times and received FANTASTIC care. As a nurse with 15 years of experience I can tell you there is NOTHING as fast and efficient. It relieves so much stress on an already stretched outpatient and urgent care system. You will truly be missed.

I have used this app a couple times over the past 4 months and been really pleased. The app functionality is fine but the medical professionals are fantastic, kind, professional folks! I am treated very kindly, spoken to with respect, listened to as if I know my own body and can articulate symptoms and then given information and options to proceed with respect of my ability to make choices that best suit my life. I know these seem basic but that is unfortunately it the case in other places (telemedicine or in person healthcare is a crapshoot, especially for women these days) and it’s been nice to have an option that feels so refreshing in terms of kindness and respect along with competence. Thanks for being awesome providers!

Amazon care is by far the best telemedicine offering I have experienced, and I have tried many of them. The providers are friendly, knowledgeable, and the wait times are far less than other options. The chat feature is amazing and something I haven’t seen elsewhere. I was devastated when I was told it would be shutting down at the end of this year. Amazon, please keep this resource open!

Having been amazon customers for years, I know what is good Amazon products and what’s not. What should’ve been shut down earlier and what should not based on customer experiences. Amazon care is a good app and excellence execution of connecting patients and doctors. I cannot think of a better app that does it. Overall, I’m disappointed about the shutdown and hope good luck to next VP to bring the same quality to customers. Another thoughts: why did it take prime now so many years to shut down?
