A faithful workout
Been using this workout now for over ten years and it always delivers the workout I need to stay fit and ready. At 72 this is my go to routine to ensure I stay trim and keep my muscle strength high.
Sound
Having to mess with the sound settings just to balance your music/the instructor is kind of annoying but alas when you get that set, it works fine
Move buttons at top down please
Can’t say how much I love this app. However, I’ve just switched to an iPhone 15 pro and it’s really hard to touch the pause and exit buttons at the top of the screen when the workout is in progress. Can you move them down please?

Great place to start or mini work out
This is a great place to start if you are just beginning to get in shape. I’m 67 and in fair condition but working on getting stronger and more flexible. Going for 1 set for first 14 days then up to two sets if injury free!
App crashes on startup
It’s been broken for months. I figured they’d fix it quickly, but clearly not.
