Clunky interface gets the job done
Not the easiest interface nor intuitive, and you have to pay a monthly fee to have any more modern designs (fonts,designs, etc.). If you have a Cricut, you have to use their software to be able to do any projects.

The iPad app is terrible - app crashes all the time, loses jobs in the middle of cutting, now with the recent update there is NO WAY to sort uploaded images into only the images I’VE uploaded compared to the 995,000 available, absolutely a joke of an update. App has been used on an iPad Pro running iOS 17. FIX YOUR APP!! - and thanks for the acknowledgment in your response, please do something about it now

I was thinking about subscribing so, I thought I’d give the free month trial a try first but, all I got was a bunch of errors and everything that was included in the free trial didn’t work which makes me think that the paid subscription is probably just as worthless so, I’ll stick to creating and editing everything myself.

If my phone warms up, or the App is open too long, or there’s a lot going on on my canvas, it crashes. This is continuous, and it’s infuriating. I have to wait hours, even until the next day once before it works again, and it won’t work very well until the canvas is cleared. I have lost projects so many times because of the constant crashes.

I love my Cricut but the app tends to be slow. When I go to print something it takes 10 - 30 minutes to be ready to print. I also find it annoying when I have my design spaced out on the canvas and I have to replace my design on the mat. Thank you

The Cricut software only works about 20% of the time. Sometimes I’m not even able to sign in. It doesn’t matter how good the machines are if the software doesn’t work! It’s extremely frustrating.
